"Coffee Grinds Order Mix-Up..."
I didn’t get the coffee grinds I ordered (got whole beans instead of the cold brew grind), which means I can’t try out the new cold brewer. Plus, their customer service is pretty slow to respond, and that’s a bummer.

Fantastic item! The mug might benefit from improved insulation to maintain warmth for a longer time, however.

It's a shame that customs charges for genuine leather are nearly as pricey as the product itself (Mexico). If you're shopping from abroad, you might want to consider going for faux leather instead :P
